Zion Street
Zion Street MHA renovations are complete and as of February 1, 2007, seven families have moved in.
This new project represents the third development in the Frog Hollow neighborhood, featuring the architectural sytle of Hartford's storied "Perfect Six' houses. The two and three bedroon units integrate the efficient "Row House" design first found in Phildelphia and common in many urban settings.
There are two, two-bedroom units and twenty-two, three bedrooms units. The two bedroom units go for $500 per unit and the three- bedroom units are between $600-$700. At least three of the new residents have completed our "Ready to Rent" program.
