Central to Mutual Housing's mission is the on-going production of affordable housing opportunities. Past developments have included substantial rehabilitation of vacant residential properties, conversion of a vacant school to housing, and the moderate rehabilitation of occupied structures.
The Mutual Housing model allows for flexibility in housing styles and because our service area includes the 29 towns of the Capitol Region, we have done both urban and suburban development.
