Located at 222-248 Park Terrace in Hartford's Frog Hollow neighborhood, these properties were acquired in 1989 and rehabilitated in 1991. The development consists of 7 six family contiguous "Perfect Sixes". Although many of the properties surrounding the development deteriorated during the economic down turn in the 1990's, Park Terrace is a testament to the power of resident involvement. Through the efforts of its residents as well as the Mutual Housing staff, Park Terrace has had a stabilizing effect on the neighborhood.

Residents actively participate in the day-to-day operation of the property. Through the Resident Council, residents have the opportunity to set operating policies and house rules. The landscaping and maintenance committees are responsible for grounds keeping and common area cleaning. The social committee sponsors regular events and holiday parties, so that residents can get to know one another and depend on each other. Residents also operate an emergency food pantry.
