Mutual Housing Leadership Academy (MHLA) is a ten-week workshop series which includes a team project that meets a community need. The series runs September 6th through November 8th and there will be a graduation dinner held on November 16th.
Beyond training residents and community members in leadership strategies and management techniques, MHLA opens doors for its graduates to pursue long-term sustainable personal and professional growth. Whether through education, financial and in-kind support, or a chance to train at the Community Leadership Institute, the goal of MHLA is to build the capacity of each student who graduates.
